01 · About

The short version

I trained as an engineer, but the part that held my attention was never the circuit; it was the system around it: the people, the process, the decision.

Today that plays out at Accenture in the Industrials & Equipment practice, where I am PMO Lead on a €10M, 18-month SAP S/4HANA transformation. I manage end-to-end on- and offboarding, invoicing and governance for 100+ resources, and lead and mentor the PMO team.

The instinct is older than the job. I coordinated 100+ student events across 26 countries, skippered boats over 3,000+ nautical miles, and coached basketball. Each taught the same thing: read a complex situation quickly, bring people together, and move it forward.

Accenture, PMO Automation Suite

Industrials & Equipment practice · n8n

Problem

The PMO ran on manual status collection. Reporting ate days each week and defects slipped between tools.

Approach

Built an automation suite in n8n: a Jira-to-email status generator, a Dashboard Manager, and a defect-reporting dashboard, wired into the tools teams already used.

Outcome

Reporting that took hours now runs on a schedule, so the team spends its time on decisions instead of deck-building.

BMW Motorcycle Plant, Storage Logistics

TU Berlin · MSc project

Problem

Storage logistics at BMW's Berlin motorcycle factory had grown ad hoc, tying up floor space and slowing material flow.

Approach

Mapped storage and material flow end-to-end and modelled a transformed layout against throughput and space constraints.

Outcome

A transformation concept pinpointing where to consolidate storage and streamline the flow of materials.

Müller Leppersdorf, Lean Six Sigma Diagnostic

Problem

A large dairy operation needed to know where its real process losses sat before investing in fixes.

Approach

Ran a Lean Six Sigma project: data-driven root-cause analysis across the production line.

Outcome

Identified and prioritised the key improvement opportunities by expected impact.

Off the clock

Off the clock, I'm happiest with a problem in front of me and people around me: the boat at 3 a.m. on a night passage, a kitchen mid-service, a gym full of teenagers learning to trust a play.

I don't really think of these as hobbies. They are the same instinct in different clothes: read the system, keep the crew together, get somewhere worth going.

Wherever I am, on the water or in the room, I am high agency: I say what I do, and I do what I say.
